Sunday Morning Yoga Practice: Embodied Grace

This gentle yet powerful yoga practice invites you into a deep conversation with body, mind, and spirit. Through breathwork, mindful posture flow, and intuitive movement exploration, we cultivate strength, mobility, and healthy psycho-spiritual oriention.

Drawing together various yoga and somatic modalities with mindfulness and contemplative practices, this class supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being, offering a grounding and rejuvenating start to your Sunday.

With over a decade of experience in yoga, somatic therapy, self-inquiry, and meditation, Skyler Wilds guides movement practices that cultivate adaptability, presence, and embodied awareness.

Based in Asheville with his wife and young daughter, Skyler is drawn to the intersection and integration of modern therapeutic models, the wisdom of spiritual and indigenous traditions, and embodied movement practices. His work is a continual exploration of how these diverse approaches converge to inspire healing, presence, interconnectedness, and a good life.
