Private Yoga & Movement Coaching

Individualized one-on-one sessions with detailed guidance and instruction designed to: Improve functional strength, flexibility, and balance

These sessions can include:

  • Traditional yoga and therapeutic movement

  • Functional strength and flexibility training

  • Meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork instruction

  • Mindset and perspective coaching through guided visualization and journaling

Each session includes personalized guidance and homework sequence practices supporting integration between sessions and long-term growth. I also incorporate mindfulness training, meditation, and breathwork per your interest.

Group & Semi-Private Classes

I offer private group sessions for couples, families, or small groups—either as one-time experiences or as ongoing classes. These are great for:

FAQ

  • Personal training often focuses strictly on fitness goals. These sessions are similarly goal oriented with lots of guidance but are focused less on physical power and instead incorporate flexibility, nervous system regulation, mindful presence, and emotional well-being.

  • Absolutely. Many clients use this work to maintain mobility, joint health, and independence as they age. The sessions support flexibility, balance, and fluid movement—all of which contribute to long-term vitality.

  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in—like yoga or workout clothes.

  • Yes—once your doctor has cleared you for movement practices. Sessions can be adapted to safely support recovery, improve range of motion, and rebalance surrounding muscle and fascia.

  • At home sessions are available within a 10-mile radius of East Asheville. For locations beyond that, a travel fee of $3 per mile (one way) applies.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% fee, and no-shows or no-notice will be charged the full session rate.

    Exceptions may be made for illness or emergency—just reach out as soon as you're able.

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email from me with session details and any additional information based on your chosen location.
